Welcome to South Shore Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics! For 50 years, our team has helped kids across Long Island grow up with healthy, confident smiles.
Our story started in 1975, when Dr. Miller opened the practice to give local children gentle, high-quality dental care. In 1999, Dr. Ross Gruber joined as a partner to continue that mission of kind, personal care. In 2000, Dr. David Zarabi joined the team as our specialist in orthodontics.
Today, Dr. Gruber and Dr. Zarabi have worked side-by-side for more than 20 years. Together with our caring staff, they are proud to run a trusted private dental practice for families across East Patchogue, Sayville, Bayport, Medford, Bellport, and all of Suffolk County.

- Dr. Ross Gruber (Pediatric Dentist): Dr. Gruber is known for his gentle and patient approach. He loves helping kids feel comfortable in the dental chair, from their very first baby tooth through their teen years.
- Dr. David Zarabi (Orthodontist): Dr. Zarabi is our braces and smile expert. He helps kids, teens, and young adults get straight, healthy teeth using modern braces and clear aligners.
